This presentation will focus on hockey players’ hips as it relates to the everyday demand of the sport of hockey. This talk will feature functional anatomy of the hip; common injuries of the hip; hip rehabilitation, and general strength training of the hips. Maintaining hip strength, stabilization, and mobility are vital to overall performance and injury prevention of a hockey player.
