Description

In this lecture, Dan Pfaff provides an overview of his opinion on the trends that he has observed in strength and conditioning settings. Dan begins by clarifying the need for communication in high performance settings in order to clearly define key performance indicators and ensure that everyone is working collaboratively with the athlete’s best interest in mind. He builds upon these concepts by explaining the importance of exploring important, but often overlooked questions related to programming, monitoring, logistics, and accountability. He concludes the lecture by laying out the 4 major drivers of injury and challenges the listener to critically think through the big rocks of the return to play strategy.
