Below is a 12-week, 3-phase early off-season training program I wrote for one of our junior players that saw his season come to an early end.
The program is largely designed to improve aerobic conditioning and muscular hypertrophy in the first two phases, and then strength and alactic power in the final phase. You can download the program at the links below.
